My Italian experience, another trip to Canada and Ramadan.

First of all let me apologise to you all. I've been betraying my blogging family for a month or so, I've just been super busy. But don't worry I have updates for you all.

My Italian trip was amazing... Such a beautiful country. I have to make sure that I visit again, but I would love to travel across the whole country. One city is seriously not enough.

So I stayed in Verona, just near lake garda. It was beautiful. It wasn't exactly your sun, sea and sand holiday but it was just as good. If I could upload all the pictures I seriously would. We did try to visit Venice but it was such a far distance, we didn't have until we arrived in Italy. But Venice is definitely a city which is on my bucket list.

For anybody that knows me, knows I absolutely LOVE Italian food. So prior to my trip all i could think about was the food over there. Shocking to say but the food was definitely not what I expected. They just seem to throw chilli, garlic and oil on everything. I still ate the hell out of the food though :)

After the Italy trip, I went though a bit of a downfall in life, so I booked myself a trip to Calgary in Canada. I've been there quite a few times and I have family over there so I thought it would of been a good idea.

The time period when I went it was Ramadan. Everybody around me told me that I don't have to keep my fasts because the distance is so far, but with my own strength and Allah's support I was able to keep them. The appreciation in life which I gained is so amazing and really opened up my eyes. Being the only person in my family in Canada that was fasting, everybody around me supported me to their fully extent. My Canada trip helped me relax my mind and just not stress during the holy month, that means so much to me.

During my trip to Canada I went and did something which I never thought I would ever do. Something which used to be one of my worse fears. Zipwiring over 100ft!! I hate heights and I literally cried before I even went down lol. But once I gained the courage and got myself hooked to the wire, I loved it and would definitely do it again.

(Never let fear stop you from living life and having fun) That's just a little bit of advice for you. Also travel! Travel the world, go see places which you wouldn't expect other people to see.

Talk to you soon...
